We apologize, but we do not file claims with insurance companies. It is possible that your insurance may cover part or all of your sessions, however, you must file directly with your provider.
We require 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Changes without 24 hrs notice will be billed at $150.00.
